Refund rules for failed payments, duplicate payments and ticket cancellation requests.
Eligible Refund Cases
- Payment deducted but ticket not confirmed due to technical issue.
- Duplicate payment for the same booking, subject to verification.
- Admin cancellation before ticket confirmation.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Confirmed ticket after successful verification, unless admin policy allows.
- Wrong details submitted by user after draw participation.
- Fraudulent or suspicious payment proof.
Refund Process
Contact support with mobile number, amount, UTR, payment date/time and screenshot. Approved refunds may take standard banking/UPI processing time.
Admin Decision
Refund approval depends on record verification and applicable platform rules.
